Dear friends,

As we all came to know from our KGAMOA Executives …

This time Govt restricted & limited the transfers to only for clear vacancies due to  drought,  probably for that reason our Director re-conformed till last min & released only clear vacancy list just before actual transfer starts.

If they had earlier the guidelines to expand d transfer to disturbance of MOs who completed 5 or 10 years .. All those Places should B enlisted in vacancy list welbefore …

But as per KGAMOA best Efforts at last min helped alot to get the  transfer of MUTUAL CATEGORY ..  along with Clear vacancies …

Director agreed gladly to take Mutual transfers also because it has no financial burden on Dept ..

So .. Better plans is always welcoming, that too well in advance … We can presurise the KGAMOA in  next year / any future transfer…  to call EC MEET  before & after TRANSFER NOTIFICATION RELIES to discuss about its pros and cons with legal interpretation.

Association will always acts in favour of its members welfare ..

We should strengthen it.. If we want it’s help @ crucial time ..

Let us start strengthening it in all aspects …

1) Integrated District AYUSH Hospital @ Davangere

2) Integrated AYUSH Hospital @ Chikkaballapur

3) Taluk Ayush Hospital @ Chincholi ,

4) one Taluk Ayush Hospital @ Karwar District ..
