Executives of KGAMOA met & clarified few things regarding HRMS with the Chief of HRMS CELL, Sri.SHANKAR in the last week,
He guided us to “Don’t b in too much hurry to encash the benefits JUST within few days of receiving NEW PAY SLIP that too within MAR 15th or 31st.”
feeding & Programming of AYUSH DRS DATA as per New upgraded payslips in HRMS website will take little more time from 1 week to 2 months,
For uploading the Individual drs DATA as per UPGRADATION in Scales requires……
1) PAYSLIP SCANNED COPY.
2) Payslip received Drs DATA in EXCEL , which will b compelled & provided by Karthik with the help of Dr.Hakeem to HRMS CELL on every week.
So , Drs are requested to send the Scanned copy of NEW UPGRADED PAYSLIPS preferably in PDF format, to Karthik directly, But…..
For proper followup by enlisting the new payslip received & sent drs list for HRMS Processing, KGAMOA requests u to pls send the SCANNED COPY via below email.i.d
