As per today's discussion of KGAMOA executives with AG officials :
AG officials said " After scrutinising the SRs, we found too many mistakes in the service details of almost all SRs,
On the basis of this faulty/ inaccurate/ insufficient data, PAY SLIP preparation is not possible"
According to the needed information, AG is preparing 'INDIVIDUAL SERVICE DATA BASE FORMAT' & sending it along with the SRs back to DAOs directly, to fill – Certify & to Resend .
So, SRs coming back to DAO office in the next week.
Drs are requested to be cool & don't worry, just keep in touch with your Dist office .
