It’s Updates Regarding Special allowance initial process …..
your active support is needed again to speedup the Consolidation work in Directorate,
i.e approximate the financial implication, if Govt sanctions allowances as
HFW friends are shortly getting ..
1st Format)
Pls send the ‘Allowance format in excel sheet ‘ which Association forwarded earlier to all the districts Executives & DAO office mail I.d ..
But , So for we received only 10 districts formats .
Pls forward it to Association as early as possible …
2nd Format)
Directorate ( DD – Ayurveda Section) forwarded Another format yesterday to all the DAOs by email,
by asking ‘ As on Date – Allowance drawing MOs details ‘ in a Format…..
which seek details of only Existing Allowance drawing MOs details +
with Not drawing any allowance MOs details …
Pls contact your DAO office to help in filling the 2 nd format, to send it to Directorate within Monday evening ..
Pls try to send the 1st format ( 20 districts details format which we not received ) to Association within Monday evening ….
