Dear Sr.Medical Officer / Medical Officer,
Ayush Department Thanks all the SMO / Medical Officer’s for the support in Providing the OPD/IPD Data Digitally during 2017-18 and with all your support, is Happy to roll out more user friendly Digital OPD Data Entry system under the Chairmanship of Ayush DIRECTOR Gok. (probably first of its kind in the country in AYUSH system),
The Data entry option will be Effective from the Month April 2018 onwards.
Click on the Link http://kgis.ksrsac.in/ayush/ and enter the user credentials i,e User ID and Password provided here and enter the above text (Captcha) which will be seen below the password label and click Login to Enter the OPD / IPD / PROCEDURE From the Month April 2018.
Click on the Change Password , then Enter ksrsac@123 in Old Password cell and enter the New password which you can select as you desire Your password should have minimum 6 characters with 1 digit and 1 special characters
Example for New password : ayush@18
Important note: Change to the New Password immediately after Login in for the first time to avoid misuse of the Data.
STEPS to enter Data:
1) CLICK ON GENERAL INFORMATION LABEL, EDIT THE DETAILS OF THE LOCATION IF NOT FILLED BY DEFAULT.
2) THEN CLICK ON OP/ IP LABEL , SELECT MONTH FOR EXAMPLE APRIL 2018 AND THEN CLICK EDIT LABEL WHICH IS ON THE RIGHT SIDE, THEN ENTER DATA IN THE DISEASE -MALE FEMALE CHILD IN NEW AND REPEATED CELLS ALONG WITH REFERRED IN AND OUT CELLS.
3 ) CLICK ON UPDATE LABEL, THEN SAME PROCEDURE TO ENTER MAY 2018 AND ON…and also Procedure
Note : From the Month August 2018 on wards the Portal Edit option will be open to enter the details of August 2018 Month from August 25, 5.00 PM to August 30, 12.00 Midnight, after then It will be Locked and User will not be allowed to enter the details for that Month (August 2018), unless the User provides the official Valid reason for Not entering the Data within the stipulated time.
